This stainless steel basket filter is made of high-quality stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, durable. Its structure consists of a receiver, barrel, filter basket, flange and fasteners, etc. The design is scientific and reasonable. When the fluid enters the cylinder through the receiver, the filter basket immediately plays the role of interception, blocking the solid impurity particles, while the clean fluid is discharged smoothly from the outlet. When cleaning, it is only necessary to unscrew the screw plug at the bottom to drain the fluid, dismantle the flange cover to take out the filter basket, and re-install it after completing the cleaning, so the operation is simple and convenient. The filter has a large filter hole area, which can effectively reduce pressure loss, efficiently filter out fluid impurities, provide reliable protection for compressors, pumps, instruments and other equipment, and ensure their normal operation. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries, whether it is weakly corrosive oils, hydrocarbons, corrosive acids and alkali liquids, or sanitary requirements of beverages, dairy products and other materials, can be accurately filtered to ensure the stability of the production process and improve product quality.

  • Product Mix:The main body of stainless steel basket filter is crafted with high quality stainless steel (304/316L), which is durable and corrosion resistant. The top is equipped with ring-shaped fastening parts and bolts to ensure excellent sealing performance and prevent fluid leakage. The flange interface design on both sides facilitates solid connection with piping system.

  • How it works:When the fluid to be filtered flows in from one side of the flange interface and passes through the internal basket filter element, impurities, particles, etc. are intercepted in the basket, while clean fluid flows out through the other side of the flange interface, realizing highly efficient filtration and guaranteeing the purity of the fluid and stable operation of the system.

The operation process is simple and easy to understand, and it can be put into use after connecting with the piping system. In terms of maintenance, regularly check the top sealing parts and bolt fastening, according to the frequency of use and fluid impurity content, open the top structure at the right time, take out the basket filter element for cleaning (can be cleaned with water or compressed air) or replacement. At the same time, check whether there is wear and tear of the sealing ring, and replace it in time to ensure the sealing performance.
